Whoever owns the Project, has to pay a subscription to manage that Project and it’s Components. It just doesn’t have to be you.
If you create a Project, any Component you source for it will go against the Component count in your account’s subscription.
But if your Client creates the Project and shares it with you, any Component either of you create under that Project will go against their account and not yours.
Also, if you create a Project for a Client, you can give them the Project at any time. This way it will count against their subscription instead of theirs.
Some Agents may prefer to make it simple for the Client and offer their clients the service of housing all Projects so the Clients don’t have to pay for an account of their own. You can house the Project forever if you wish, which is value to your Clients that they may be willing to pay you monthly for.
Other Agents may prefer to make it simple for themselves and require Client’s pay for a Navanty subscription and create their own Projects to share with the Agent. This is how you would be able to use Navanty for free, but its less convenient for the Client.
While other Agents might prefer to offer a hybrid of this and manage the Project for the Client for only as long as the Agent is actively working on the Project. Then they can give the Project to the Client to manage from then on out. If the Client doesn’t have a large enough subscription, your work will simply be blurred out until they upgrade.
