- You can watch your Agent’s progress in real time.

Not Using a Sourcing Agent?
- You create an account and create a Project.
- You then add Components to be sourced and upload all the files and specifications.
- Now you use websites such as Alibaba, ImportYeti, etc. and start reaching out to Suppliers to request a quote. Managing their contact information and quotes in the software.
- To make sourcing quicker, you can create an RFQ link from each Component page. Invite Suppliers to quote by giving them the link.
- From the link, those Suppliers can then review the specifications and submit their company and their quote directly into the software.
- In most cases, you won’t have to manage or email a single file or record a single quote throughout the entire process. You are truly leveraging work the Suppliers were already doing.
- Use the software to compare quotes and then start vetting Suppliers.
- If at any time you decide to hire a Sourcing Agent from our Directory, you can share access with them so they can help.

Pro Tip – How to use Navanty for Free
Whoever owns the Project, has to pay a subscription to manage that Project and it’s Components. It just doesn’t have to be you.
If you create a Project, any Component you source for it will go against the Component count in your account’s subscription.
If you hire a Sourcing Agent from our Sourcing Agent Directory, many of them will manage your Project for you using their account instead of yours.
This way it will count against their subscription instead of yours, making Navanty completely free for you.
